Becoming a Member may save you hundreds of dollars or more! It is quick and easy to become a member. You select the plan that works best for you!

Beginning with the Guest Membership, each successive level contains all of the previous levels access and information. The various membership levels explained here:

Guest Membership - This membership is designed to provide services with the least amount of information needed. You simply sign up with your email address for a look around to get some information about services. etc. The guest membership is for anyone. Just select the 'individual' button at signup when going through the "start here" page to register.You can upgrade this membership at any time.

Free Membership - This is designed for anyone who may wish to use our services, including applying for titles, registration and consulting services. You'll create an account with your email address and a password. We'll retain the information you provide to expedite future licensing work. We'll retain the information you provide to (unbold)expedite future licensing work, even if that licensing work is a year or two in the future. This membership involves an account login where you can see all of your past and present actions, including invoices for services provided.

Paid Membership - If you are a general use paid member, ($19.99 annual fee) you will enjoy many additional benefits such as: how to save money, avoid extra fees and get must have information on Washington State Department of Licensing tabs, tags, registration, licensing and titling procedures. Business Memberships

Dealer Membership - This is a special membership for vehicle/trailer/water craft and recreational vehicle dealers only. All levels of title processing can be handled here, negating the need for a full-time title clerk. Or if your title clerk needs help, we can supplement them as well. Get expert-level help with your processing needs and questions. Membership plans are monthly flat rate consulting fees dependent on volume and/or fee per completed transaction (Please note that title transfer fees are not included).

All Other Business Memberships - If the above membership levels do not apply, but you are a business, sign up under this membership.

Additional Membership Information
All registrations are free and do not require a credit card. Not even the paid membership levels to begin with. You'll be able to register for the paid memberships from within your free account. We do it this way so that if your paid membership should expire, you'll still have access to prior account activity and information. Your account is not deleted if the paid membership expires.
